How many pieces can I have in a day?
Reports have shown that up to 400mg of caffeine appears to be safe for most healthy adults, which equals about 10 pieces of Avysera gum a day. We recommend taking 1–2 pieces at a time as needed.

Yes, Avysera gum can be a helpful tool for boosting focus and mental energy during extended periods of work, studying or any activity requiring sustained concentration. The combination of natural caffeine, L-theanine, and B vitamins is designed to provide a calm, alert state without the jitters or crash of excess caffeine consumption. Can I still chew Energy & Focus gum if I’m already taking vitamin B supplements?
In most cases, consuming Avysera gum in combination with a B-complex supplement or multivitamin should be safe, as the B vitamin levels in our product are moderate. However, it’s important to be aware of your total daily intake of B vitamins from all sources (supplements, fortified foods, etc.). If you are taking multiple B vitamin-containing products, you may want to check with your healthcare provider to ensure you are not exceeding the upper limits for B6 and B12. They can advise you on how to space out your intake safely.
How many calories does Avysera gum have?
Avysera gum is a zero-calorie product. Depending on the length of time you chew it for (our gum base lasts for hours!), the real question might be, how many calories will you burn chewing it.
Is it safe to swallow the gum after the flavor runs out?
Our gum is produced using an extremely high-quality gum base (this is why you can chew it for over an hour without it losing texture quality). While it’s generally a good idea to spit out your gum when the flavor runs out, swallowing it occasionally is fairly harmless in small pieces. Gum passes through your system pretty much just like other food, exiting the body in the same way.

How do I start a subscription?
To start a subscription, simply select Subscribe & Save on the product page — it takes $10 off every order, delivered and billed every 30 days. We email you a reminder 3 days before every renewal, and you can pause, skip or cancel anytime from your account or by emailing info@avysera.com.

Can I change my shipping address after my order has been shipped?

My tracking information says my package was delivered but I haven’t received it.
