How renewal works
Your subscription renews automatically every 30 days until you cancel. By subscribing, you authorise Avysera to charge your saved payment method the subscription amount every 30 days until you cancel. We email you a reminder 3 days before every renewal, so nothing ever charges silently. Each renewal is billed to your saved payment method and shipped with tracking like any other order. Your card statement will show a descriptor referencing AVYSERA.
Cancel anytime — genuinely
Pause, skip a delivery, or cancel whenever you like: from the subscription manager on your My Account page, or by emailing info@avysera.com — we'll process it within one business day. There are no lock-in periods, no minimum terms and no cancellation fees. Cancelling stops all future charges; orders already billed ship as normal and remain covered by our 30-day money-back guarantee.
Price & product changes
If we ever change the subscription price or contents, we'll email you in advance — you can cancel before the change takes effect.
Payment issues
If a renewal payment fails we'll retry and email you; if it still fails, the subscription pauses automatically. Nothing ships unless it's paid for.
Refunds
Subscription orders carry the same 30-day money-back guarantee as one-time orders — see our Refund & Return Policy. If you're ever charged for a renewal you didn't want, email info@avysera.com first rather than disputing with your bank — we'll cancel future renewals and arrange any refund you're entitled to faster than a chargeback can.
Your consumer rights
Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable consumer protection laws, including the consumer guarantees that apply to the products you receive.
